    In this workshop, we explore where matcha comes from, how it’s made, and what makes one matcha different from another. You’ll taste different matchas and learn how to notice the difference.

    Then, I’ll show you how to whisk matcha step by step and make your own bowl and create your own practice at home.

  • A guided exploration of six genres of tea, their origins, and the craft of brewing.

    In this workshop, we explore tea through six different genres: green, white, yellow, oolong, black, and dark tea.

    You’ll learn where tea comes from, how it’s made, and how different ways of processing the leaf create different tastes. We’ll taste each tea together and learn the basics of brewing with more confidence and attention.
